Returns and exchanges

One free exchange per order within 30 days.
How it works:

- Email support@woodyskigear.com with your order number and what you’d like to exchange.
- We’ll send a GLS return label at no charge.
- Once your return is registered, we’ll ship the new item.
- Items must be in essentially the same condition as received, with original tags and packaging intact.

Right of withdrawal within 30 days.
How it works:

- Email support@woodyskigear.com with your order number and which items you’re returning.
- For traceability we always use our GLS return label. Price: DKK 39 (deducted from your refund).
- After we receive and approve the return, we refund to the original payment method (typically visible within 3–7 business days).
- Items must be in essentially the same condition as received, with original tags and packaging intact.

We process returns as quickly as possible and no later than 7 days after receipt.

Refunds are typically visible within 7 banking days, depending on your bank and payment provider.

Email support@woodyskigear.com with your order number, a short description, and photos/video (full item, close-up of the issue, care label if relevant).

We reply within 48 hours on business days. For approved claims we provide a free GLS return label and cover reasonable return costs. (You have 24 months’ warranty under Danish consumer law.)

Delivery

We currently ship within Denmark only with GLS:

- GLS Parcel Shop – choose your preferred pickup point
- GLS Home Delivery – delivered to your door

- Free shipping from DKK 500. For orders below DKK 500, shipping is DKK 49.
The shipping price is always shown clearly in the cart/checkout before payment.

- Shipping is calculated automatically in cart/checkout based on your chosen method (GLS Parcel Shop or GLS Home Delivery) and shown before payment.

Typically 2–4 business days. During peak campaigns/sales, additional processing time may occur.
Track progress via your Track & Trace link.

Once your order ships, you automatically receive an email with a tracking link. If you provided a mobile number and opted in, you’ll also receive SMS from the carrier.
Tracking appears on your order page as soon as the number is registered.

Contact support@woodyskigear.com within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of both outer/inner packaging and the damage.
Keep all packaging and labels—we’ll open a case with GLS and help resolve it.

Uncollected parcels returned to us are not considered use of the right of withdrawal. We refund the item price minus DKK 49 for handling/return.

Ordering

You’ll receive an order confirmation by email.
When the order ships, you’ll get tracking details (and SMS if selected) so you can follow the parcel.

Please contact us as soon as possible. If the order hasn’t shipped yet, we can usually make changes; otherwise it’s handled via return/new order.

Yes—before shipment. Contact us as soon as possible. If the parcel has shipped, cancellation is handled as a return.

Common reasons include missing payment/authorization or automated security checks. Any reserved funds are released automatically.

At the moment we sell online only via our webshop. We’ll update the page if this changes.

Payment

Visa, Mastercard, MobilePay, Apple Pay, Google Pay (availability may vary at checkout).

Not on an existing order.
We can cancel the order so you can place a new one (if it hasn’t shipped yet).

Discounts

- Exchange: You keep the discount for a like-for-like exchange within 30 days.

- Return: We refund the amount actually paid per item (i.e., after discount). Discount codes are not reissued and can’t be used for a new purchase.
